On rare occasions you don't receive your entire order within 14 days of the item(s) being sent, please contact us so we can track the order with our shipping partners. Please note that no claims will be recognised 14 days after delivery.
At Whole Bubs, we utilise a variety of delivery services, including Australia Post and various couriers, to ensure the best possible service for our customers. Delivery charges and services depend on the size of the product and the delivery location.
Stock Availability and Dispatch
Stock Levels: Our website does diplay current stock levels. While most items are generally in stock and will be dispatched within 48 hours, some items may be out of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email with options to address the issue.
Supplier Delays: Occasionally, our suppliers may run out of stock, leading to unforeseen delays. For furniture orders, please note that some items are made to order and may take up to 16 weeks to arrive. Larger furniture items may be available for in-store pickup only.
Processing Times: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday during business hours.
Tracking and Delivery
Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notice with an Australia Post tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Time: While we strive to ensure timely dispatch, we cannot guarantee delivery times once the package has left our warehouse.
Freight Charges
Large Items: Additional freight charges for large items will be calculated based on the delivery address. We will inform you of these charges via email before finalizing your order.
International Delivery
At this time, Whole Bubs only ships within Australia.
Product Availability
Updates and Notifications: Product availability is updated daily, but items may sell out between the time you place an order and when we process it. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any issues or delays with your order.
Damaged Goods
In Transit: Occasionally, items may be damaged during transit despite our careful packaging. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Depending on the damage, we may request a return at our expense or ask for photos of the damage. We will promptly arrange for a resolution.
Courier Deliveries: If your item is delivered by courier, inspect the external packaging for damage before signing for receipt. If you suspect damage, do not accept the delivery.
Incorrect Goods
Error in Shipment: If we inadvertently send you the wrong product, we will send the correct item once the incorrect product is returned. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt if you receive an incorrect item. We will cover the cost of return freight.
